What is Acu-Point?
Acu-point is a form of acupressure.Acupressure
is an ancient Chinese healing technique. Finger pressure is used on
specific points on the body to release blocked or stagnant energy.This reinstates the energy flow in the body to activate the body’s own energies to restore health and harmony.Acu-point utilizes crystal pressure to enhance the healing affects.
In this 2 day class you will learn:
·Yin/Yang - the governing principle of balance
·The 5 Elemental Theory and how to regain balance in the element(s) to promote optimum health
·The 14 meridians (the energy lines that flow through the body) and the Jin Shin Do acupoints to heal physical, emotional, mental or spiritual dis-ease.
·How to use crystals to clear deficient or excessive Chi (life force energy)
. How to conduct an acupoint session to rejuvenate the spirit and restore physical health.
